Incumbent Republican Anna Paulina Luna holds a strong position in Florida’s 13th Congressional District heading into the November 3 general election, supported by the seat’s Republican tilt after mid-decade redistricting and her established fundraising and campaign infrastructure. Luna’s 74.5% implied probability on Polymarket reflects trader assessment of these structural advantages, even as Democratic challenger Leela Gray, a retired Army brigadier general, secured her nomination with 65% in the August primary and released an internal poll showing her ahead by five points in late August. Recent campaign activity includes Luna’s September attack ad targeting Gray’s stock holdings and Gray’s call for debates, while an independent candidate also appears on the ballot. Traders appear to weigh the district’s partisan lean and historical performance more heavily than single partisan surveys.
