In the event of a tie for first place, this market will resolve based on the party, among those tied, whose name comes first alphabetically. In the event that CNN provides applicable exit polling but it is not available at the time specified above, this market will await an update for one full calendar day before moving to the media organizations listed below. Recent polling shows Democratic candidates leading among Latino voters in competitive House districts by 23 points on the generic ballot, more than double their 2024 margin in the same sample, with notable reversals among men driven by cost-of-living concerns and disapproval of current economic and immigration policies. Surveys from August 2026 in 17 battlegrounds found Democrats ahead 58-35 overall, including shifts in Texas from an even split to a 20-point edge and similar movement in Florida. Among Latino men, job approval for the sitting president has fallen sharply into negative territory, with multiple polls showing 59-64% disapproval tied to prices, wages, and enforcement actions. These developments have produced the strong trader consensus favoring Democrats for this demographic in November.
