A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026-27 Botola Pro season opens on September 24 with no matches played, leaving the race for third place wide open among a deep field of clubs. Raja Casablanca, Wydad Casablanca, RS Berkane, FAR Rabat, FUS Rabat, and Maghreb Fès enter with comparable resources, recent top-four pedigree from the prior campaign, and established attacking options, while mid-table sides like Renaissance Zemamra and Difaâ El Jadida carry realistic upside on strong pre-season preparations. Mixed friendly results for the Casablanca giants and lingering squad questions at Wydad have kept trader consensus balanced, reflecting uncertainty over early fixture difficulty, potential transfers, and which teams will sustain form across the long schedule. This parity underscores the league’s typical depth, where small edges in consistency and home results often decide mid-table positioning.
