This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is relegated from Eredivisie at the conclusion of the 2026-27 Eredivisie season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Official relegation is defined as a team losing its place in Eredivisie for the following season through their final standing in the 2026-27 Eredivisie, via relegation playoff defeat, or by any other official league decision recognized by Eredivisie. If the 2026-27 Eredivisie season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for relegation within that timeframe, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Eredivisie. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The three teams promoted from the Eerste Divisie—ADO Den Haag, SC Cambuur, and Willem II—enter the 2026-27 Eredivisie as the clearest relegation candidates after a winless start that has left them at the bottom of the table with just one point each after five matches. Historical patterns of promoted sides struggling with squad depth and the step up in competition align with early simulations that assign Cambuur and Willem II the highest probabilities of finishing in the bottom two, followed by ADO Den Haag. PEC Zwolle, Fortuna Sittard, and Telstar also sit near the drop zone and feature in mid-table forecasts for the survival battle, while established clubs benefit from greater resources and recent top-flight experience. With 29 rounds remaining, results over the coming weeks will shape whether the promoted sides can stabilize or if established lower-table teams join the fight.
