Early in the 2026-27 Danish Superliga, after nine matchdays, the relegation-round contenders remain tightly bunched because no team has established consistent dominance in the mid-table zone. Promoted sides AC Horsens and Lyngby sit alongside established clubs such as Randers, Silkeborg, OB, and Nordsjælland, while traditional powers like Brøndby, Midtjylland, and Copenhagen have shown mixed results amid multiple draws and injuries to key players. AGF, the defending champion, currently trails near the bottom, and Sønderjyske has struggled with defensive issues. This parity, combined with the split into championship and relegation groups after 22 rounds, leaves traders viewing a wide group of sides as realistic candidates for 10th place.
