Rockstar Games and Take-Two officially confirmed GTA 6's standard edition at $79.99 in June 2026 ahead of pre-orders, with the Ultimate Edition at $99.99, directly locking in a price below the $100 threshold and driving the 98.6% implied probability for "No." Trader consensus reflects this verified announcement, consistent with recent AAA pricing trends like Nintendo's $80 titles and the absence of any subsequent revisions despite massive anticipation and development costs. The November 19 launch date adds finality, as the base price remains fixed across platforms. Realistic upset scenarios are limited but could involve a last-minute new edition or regional adjustments that technically exceed $100 in select markets, though historical patterns and current statements make such shifts improbable.
