**The high implied probability against Netanyahu's conviction reflects the trial's extended timeline and judicial signals on evidentiary weaknesses.** Netanyahu completed his testimony in June 2026 after 98 hearings spanning roughly 18 months, with prosecutors finishing cross-examination that month. Judges on the Jerusalem District Court panel reaffirmed their 2023 view that prosecutors face significant difficulties proving the bribery charge in Case 4000, the most serious allegation, even after hearing his defense. The case now moves to remaining defense witnesses, closing arguments, and a verdict, with proceedings potentially extending into 2028 amid scheduling pressures and the presiding judge's planned retirement. Netanyahu continues to reject all charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust across the three cases as politically motivated, while the absence of a swift resolution or new developments tipping the evidence has sustained trader consensus that conviction remains unlikely.
