Brock Bowers enters the 2026 NFL season as the Raiders' clear focal point in Klint Kubiak's offense, with limited wide receiver depth forcing heavy target volume through the tight end position. The two-time Pro Bowler posted 7 receiving touchdowns in just 12 games during an injury-plagued 2025 campaign after a rookie-year total of 5. Recent training camp developments have tempered short-term expectations, however, as Bowers underwent a meniscus trim on his previously injured left knee and is projected to miss at least the season opener against the Dolphins plus potentially Week 2 versus the Chargers. He is slated to return around Week 3 against the Saints. With Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza under center, his usage in the passing game, route versatility, and red-zone involvement will drive touchdown totals if he maintains availability across the 17-game schedule.
