This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations per the rules of CAF (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from CAF; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Multiple established African national teams maintain closely bunched implied probabilities around 18-19% for the 2027 AFCON title, reflecting deep squad talent, recent international form, and balanced qualification paths ahead of the June-July tournament co-hosted by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Traditional powers including Senegal, Morocco, Nigeria, Egypt, Ivory Coast, and Cameroon benefit from experienced players and strong recent results, while mid-tier sides such as Mali, DR Congo, and Tunisia show realistic contention potential through consistent performances. Early qualifier windows starting in September 2026, coaching transitions, and host-nation infrastructure focus have not yet created decisive separation, leaving trader consensus pricing a wide field where minor edges in fitness, draw position, or momentum could shift standings before the 24-team finals.
