BTS’s “Swim,” the lead single from the group’s album Arirang, holds a commanding 61% implied probability in the VMA Song of the Year market, driven by its dominant global streaming numbers, Billboard Global Songs of the Summer placement, and the group’s historic fan-voting strength ahead of the September 27 ceremony. Nominated alongside Best K-Pop and recently added Best Group categories, the track benefits from sustained chart momentum and ARMY mobilization during the active voting window. Lower-odds contenders like Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” at 19% and the Madonna-Sabrina Carpenter collaboration at 14.5% reflect solid critical and commercial traction but lack comparable voter intensity. With fan votes closing September 25, recent tour milestones and cross-platform performance continue to reinforce trader consensus around BTS as the frontrunner.
